- Dialogue Berlin unconditionally guarantees all the books purchased through this site. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of your order for a complete refund. If the return is due to an error that we have made, we will gladly refund the both the original delivery charge and the cost of return postage.
If the item is damaged upon receipt or collection please advise us within 7 days. The time limit for return is still 30 days for your convenience. - Returns Procedures
- All returns should be securely wrapped and sent, with the original packing slip, to the following addresses: Dialogue Books, Oudenarderstraße 31, 13347, Berlin, Germany.

- If your books have not arrived within the quoted delivery time you can inquire into the status of your order by e-mail to orders@dialoguebooks.or

Delivery times are based on the time for the book to reach you provided it is in stock. We try to ensure that all books displayed on the website are always in stock. However, when demand is high we may have to order additional copies. Depending on the publisher, this will add 2-10 working days to the delivery time. If an item is not in stock, we will email you with a revised date for when you can expect your order to arrive. Books may be despatched separately if only part of the order is in stock. - Lost Goods
- In the event of dispatched items being lost in the post we will offer to replace or refund.
- Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties
- When we ship books for delivery outside Germany the recipient is liable for any local taxes or import duties that may be payable.
- Security of Credit Card Payment Options
- This site uses encryption and secure (SSL) servers to help ensure the privacy of any information that you provide. However, the security of information and payments transmitted via the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Any losses incurred or sustained by users who transmit information by means of e-mail or other internet link shall be borne solely and exclusively by such user and in no event shall any such losses in whole or part by borne by Dialogue Books.
